Where do we deliver?

We deliver to the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and parts of the Sydney CBD.  With three stores in the East we have an online home delivery service available to our local customers in this area for their convenience.

2008, 2010, 2011, 2015 & 2016 

Eastern Suburbs:
2017, 2018, 2019 - 2036 

When do we deliver?

We deliver from 10am to 7pm Monday through to Friday and from 8am to 4pm on Saturdays. We do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays.

What are the delivery deadlines?

The deadline for next day delivery is 7pm.

Is there a delivery charge?

Home delivery is free for your first order. For additional orders the following charges apply;

$150 - $199 $8.00
$200 - $249 $6.00
$250 +  Free

This delivery fee covers costs such as website maintenance and staff required to pack and deliver your order.

Is there a minimum spend per delivery?

There is a minimum spend of $50.00 for deliveries. All orders under $50.00 will need to be collected from one of our stores.

Can I change the delivery day and/or time?

Once the order has been processed and paid for you will be unable to amend your delivery date or time on our website. To discuss special circumstances please contact us directly. Depending on the amount of notice a different delivery day and/or time may be organised.

What if I am not home to accept the delivery?

Whilst we prefer you to be at home to accept your delivery there is a field for special delivery instructions should you not be home at your nominated delivery time. If there are no delivery instructions your order will be left outside your front door and we will take no responsibility for missing or damaged items. Should we feel there is no appropriate place to leave your order we will take it back to your local store where you can either pick it up personally or we will re deliver at an additional cost of $10.00. 

What if I live in a security building and will not be home?

Please notify your concierge that you give permission for the delivery to be accepted on your behalf. Alternatively if a neighbour is home they can also accept the delivery at your request.

What if a product I ordered is not available on the day?

In the event that a product is out of stock we will make every effort to contact you. If we cannot reach you we will replace any out of stock products with obvious substitutions. If you would prefer not to have your products substituted please specify this in your order notes. If we can’t find a suitable replacement your credit card will be refunded accordingly.

What if there is an item missing in my delivery?

Please check your invoice to see if the missing product is out of stock, and whether a refund has been issued or the product substituted. For any discrepancies please contact our Coogee store and ask for the accounts department.

Can I return an item?

Maloneys Grocer guarantees to deliver high quality, market fresh produce direct to your door.

Should you be dissatisfied with the quality of any item we will provide a full credit. We do ask that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

In the event that an item is damaged or the wrong item has been delivered, where possible we will re deliver with a replacement or provide a full refund.

We will not be responsible for any loss or damage which occurs to items after delivery due to late collection or otherwise.
