Once the order has been processed and paid for you will be unable to amend your delivery date or time on our website. To discuss special circumstances please contact us directly. Depending on the amount of notice a different delivery day and/or time may be organised.
Whilst we prefer you to be at home to accept your delivery there is a field for special delivery instructions should you not be home at your nominated delivery time. If there are no delivery instructions your order will be left outside your front door and we will take no responsibility for missing or damaged items. Should we feel there is no appropriate place to leave your order we will take it back to your local store where you can either pick it up personally or we will re deliver at an additional cost of $10.00.
Please notify your concierge that you give permission for the delivery to be accepted on your behalf. Alternatively if a neighbour is home they can also accept the delivery at your request.
Please check your invoice to see if the missing product is out of stock, and whether a refund has been issued or the product substituted. For any discrepancies please contact our Coogee store and ask for the accounts department.
Maloneys Grocer guarantees to deliver high quality, market fresh produce direct to your door.
Should you be dissatisfied with the quality of any item we will provide a full credit. We do ask that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
In the event that an item is damaged or the wrong item has been delivered, where possible we will re deliver with a replacement or provide a full refund.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage which occurs to items after delivery due to late collection or otherwise.
Dear Loyal Customers
As we are experiencing a shortage of various products at the moment we have suspended our online shop cart. Home deliveries are still available and we ask that you email your shopping list to email@example.com with your contact details and address.
One of our staff will then be in touch to discuss delivery times, payment and any substitutions.
For the safety of our staff and customers our delivery driver will contact you once the delivery has been left at your doorstep.
