Maloneys Rewards

To make the most of your Maloneys Rewards account, you will need to download the Go Rewards App and create an account. Once you are registered as a Go Rewards member you will be able to register to become a full member of the Maloneys Rewards Program. Upon completion of your membership registration, you will be given a membership account and access to a digital Rewards card.

You can also create a Maloneys Rewards account in store by providing your mobile number to staff at checkout. This will set you up with a lite account where you can earn Maloneys Rewards points, but you will need to become a full member to use your rewards credit to save money on future shops.

Yes! Maloneys Rewards will be available at our Coogee, Surry Hills, Woollahra, Rozelle and Rose Bay stores.

You will earn 1 point for every $1 dollar you spend. Each time you accrue 1000 points you will receive a $10 rewards credit to spend on a future purchase.

Every time you make a purchase in one of our stores you will need to either scan your Maloneys Rewards card, provide your mobile number at checkout, or complete your purchase using an Auto Earn linked card  in order to accrue your points. You can access your Maloneys Rewards card in the Go Rewards App or within your Apple Wallet/Google Wallet if you have saved it there.

You will have the opportunity to earn additional points by using ‘Boosted Offers’ in the app. To accumulate the extra points, you will need to select ‘Boost’ on the products in the Go Rewards app and then purchase them in store. The extra points will be added to your account once you have made the purchase.

Member bonuses are exclusive to Maloneys Rewards customers and are the quickest way to accumulate points. Members are given discounts in the form of extra points on nominated products which are added to your points balance and can be later redeemed as credit.

Yes. Gift vouchers and reduced to clear items do not accrue reward points.

Each time you accrue 1000 points you will receive a $10 rewards credit to apply to future purchases. Rewards credit is valid for 12 months only and after this time they will expire and no longer be available.

To redeem your rewards credit you will need to be a full Maloneys Rewards member and request usage of your rewards credit at checkout.

Rewards credit cannot be exchanged for cash and change will not be given if you are unable to spend the full amount.

Your points balance and rewards credit can be found within the Go Rewards app.

You will need to scan your Maloneys Rewards card, provide your mobile number, or pay using an Auto Earn Linked Card at the time of purchase in order to accrue member points. Points cannot be added to your account at a later date.

Maloneys Rewards is a digital loyalty program and physical cards are unavailable.

Your card can be accessed from the Go Rewards app and it can also be added to your Apple Wallet/Google Wallet.

No, sorry.  Your loyalty program membership is non-transferrable and can only be used and accessed by you. Friends and family will need to create their own account.
