For those eagerly anticipating the next chapter in Fabbrica Pasta Shop’s journey, the wait is finally over. The brains behind this business have unveiled their own establishment inside our latest store in Rozelle, putting an end to the yearning for that lockdown nostalgia. Fabbrica Bread Shop prides itself on top-tier quality, sourcing only the finest ingredients to meticulously handcraft their delicious goods. Whether you’re seeking a freshly baked sourdough loaf, a quick coffee from Inner West roasters Little Marionette, or a leisurely al fresco dining experience, their selection caters to every craving.

At the helm of Fabbrica Bread Shop are Alyce Bennett and head baker Aniruddha Bhosekar. Their combined expertise brings an elevated dining encounter to Rozelle, marked by a passion for innovative recipes. The duo’s experimentation has created delights from a banana saffron custard tart that bring together a fusion of unique flavours to a goat vindaloo pie made with top-quality meat sourced from Dubbo.

The story of Shuk began on the shores of Bondi, and from there, it expanded its reach to various locations, including the famed Shuk Bakery and Shuk Falafel. These spots highlight the rich flavours of the Middle East that you’d find gracing the streets of Israel.

At our Surry Hills grocer, you can indulge in an array of freshly baked treats that are simply irresistible. And if you’re a fan of the classics, Shuk’s got you covered with favourites like mouthwatering shakshuka and slow-cooked lamb paired with hummus and pickles.
