1 cup raw pitted dates
1 cup raw almonds
1 tblspn coconut oil
1 tblspn coconut butter
3 tspns green matcha
Extra matcha & desiccated coconut for rolling...

Soften the dates by soaking them in boiled water for 10 mins, drain well. Place all ingredients into a food processor & blend until smooth. Place into the fridge for approx. 30 mins then roll into balls. Toss through coconut to coat.
